It is disappointing to see the mess up created by the National Test Agency (NTA), tasked with conducting all India exams for various admission program. The lack of empathy displayed towards the anger/frustration of students during the press conference was pathetic to see. Rather than address the loss of credibility, all the team could offer was a cup of tea to the attendees!
In the sketch, folks chatting and having a cup of tea is to show the hand-in-glove nature of the system and people who try to break the system. What needs to be a robust and just system (indicated by a balance) is malfunctioning and in a broken down state (indicated by spider web). And students are, unfortunately, caught in this web. :-(
